Widely accepted for use in modern construction, and is particularly used for pre-stressing or post-stressing of concrete constructions as building materials, bridges construction, construction of railways and highways, underground facilities, buildings and canals.

Our production in one shift is 4500 m.

Diameter; From Fi 40 mm – Fi 135 mm

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PRODUCTION LINE FOR STEEL STRIP PIPES

CABLES FOR PRE-STRESSED CONCRETE

Application
In most of the post-tensioned and pre-stressed projects, the smooth steel wire is most commonly used as pre-stressed steel. The pre-stressing cables are mainly used to improve the project, but also for nuclear power plants and similar works. Galvanized steel cables are most commonly used in bars of bridges, cables and external pre-stressing. Steel cable coated with epoxy is similar to a galvanized pre-stressed steel wire rope. Cable and wire certificate EN 10138-3 / 10138-1

PREFABRICATED PRE-STRESSING CABLES

Diorit pre-stressing systems offer innovative products and systems for the construction industry with its own production site in Odžak, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In order to avoid complicated requirements for mounting pre-stress cables on construction sites, DIORIT started manufacturing and marketed a pre-assembled system ” select and set “pre-stress cables that can be flexibly used, thus saving time and work of contractor. This will be the first production of prefabricated pre-stress cables in the Balkan region.
